Energy Strategy and Management
Develop and successfully implement a site energy strategy aligned with business, sustainability, cost reduction, decarbonization, and corporate environmental goals. Set annual and long-term targets for energy consumption, energy intensity, renewable energy, and cost optimization.
Prepare detailed energy roadmaps covering efficiency, electrification, renewable energy, storage, demand management, and low-carbon technologies. Conduct detailed energy reviews to identify SEUs, operational variables, and energy-saving opportunities.
Establish and maintain Energy Baselines, EnPIs, energy performance tracking, budgets, forecasts, and renewable energy demand forecasts. Analyze utility consumption versus production, utilization, operating hours, weather,
and other variables. Support energy security, grid reliability, alternate supply arrangements, and energy price risk management. Lead ISO 50001 implementation and employ Agentic AI for renewable energy dashboards.
B. Projects in Renewable Energy
Identify, evaluate, and implement renewable energy projects including Rooftop/Ground-mounted Solar PV, Wind and Solar-Wind Hybrid, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Captive and Group-Captive Projects, Third-Party Open Access Arrangements, Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and Environmental Attributes. Conduct technical and commercial feasibility studies by reviewing load profiles, contracted demand, grid connectivity, land availability, and future demand.
