The opportunity

This role is expected to independently lead consulting workstreams, drive strategic customer conversations, influence stakeholders, streamlining operating models for customer ,



drive product adoption and translate business objectives into scalable transformation programs.

The ideal candidate combines consulting expertise, digital strategy thinking, customer journey understanding, and robust storytelling capabilities to drive measurable customer value. The consultant will work closely with Digital Strategists, Solution Consultants, Product teams, and Delivery teams to support strategic customer initiatives across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting & Transformation

· Understand the customer's business model, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

· Lead discovery workshops, customer journey mapping sessions, and digital transformation engagements.

· Drive research, analysis, and business assessments to define customer objectives, KPIs, use cases, and strategic priorities.

· Define business capability roadmaps, operating models, value realization frameworks, and digital experience strategies.
