About the Role We are seeking a visionary Head of Data Science to lead our artificial intelligence and machine learning initiatives. Based in our Bangalore office, this executive role will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of our core data science functions, with a heavy focus on advanced machine learning architectures and deep neural networks. You will lead a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and researchers to build predictive models, optimize existing algorithms, and deploy scalable AI solutions that drive direct, measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term roadmap for data science and AI initiatives, aligning advanced research with overarching corporate objectives.

Team Management & Scaling: Hire, mentor, and lead a specialized team of senior data scientists and ML engineers,



fostering a culture of innovation, rigorous testing, and engineering excellence.

Advanced Modeling: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of complex machine learning models, specifically utilizing deep learning and neural network architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the C-suite, Product Management, and Engineering leaders to translate complex business problems into actionable data science pipelines.

Infrastructure & MLOps: Champion the adoption of MLOps best practices to ensure that models are highly scalable, reliable, and continuously monitored in production environments without latency degradation.

Innovation & R&D;: Stay at the forefront of AI research, exploring recent methodologies in Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and reinforcement learning to maintain a competitive technical edge in the market.
