Our Advertising and Marketing Technology team is building an end-to-end advertising and marketing platform that is key to Walmart’s overall growth strategy. We use cutting edge data mining , analytics and optimization algorithms to ingest and analyze Walmart’s proprietary online and in-store data, encompassing 95% of American households. Importantly, we build smart data systems that deliver relevant retail ads and experiences that connect our customers with the brands and products they love.

What you'll do:
- Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and advanced ML frameworks aligned with strategic .
- Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, ensuring high availability,



fault tolerance, and real-time data processing capabilities.
- Architect and implement AI-enhanced applications integrating multi-step reasoning and tool-augmented tasks using contemporary programming languages.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, influencing architectural decisions and promoting engineering excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
- Ensure technical ownership by maintaining quality standards, resolving issues, and driving projects to completion
- Foster continuous improvement through experimentation, knowledge sharing.

What you'll bring:
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 10+ years experience
- Proficiency in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems using languages such as Python, Jav
