Senior Product Manager – Job Seeker Platform & Growth
Role
Own key metrics, including MAU, re-engagement, and profile strength for one of India’s largest internet platforms. You will build scalable products and platform capabilities across the user lifecycle, engagement, and profile systems.
What You’ll Do
 Own and evolve products across user lifecycle, engagement, and profile platforms
 Drive rapid experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-backed decision making
 Build personalized and AI-driven user experiences at scale
 Build mockups, workflows, and working prototypes using AI/GenAI tools
 Partner with engineering, ML/AI, data science, design, and business teams to ship high-impact products
What We’re Looking For




 6–9 years of total experience with 5+ years in Product Management
 MBA from a Tier-1 B-School — IIM A/B/C or ISB preferred
 2+ years as a Software Engineer or Data Scientist
 Strong hands-on SQL, analytical, and problem-solving skills
 Experience working with ML/AI and Data Science teams to build AI-backed products
