Key Responsibilities
1. Hiring Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand manpower plans, skills requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Develop sourcing strategies for niche, mid?senior, and volume roles based on market insights.
- Forecast hiring needs and maintain proactive pipelines for critical roles.

2. End?to?End Talent Acquisition Delivery
- Lead the full hiring lifecycle from requisition approval to offer closure.
- Oversee screening, assessments, competency?based interviews, and selection decisions.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage senior?level hiring with solid negotiation and stakeholder coordination.

3. Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and mentor a team of TA executives/specialists.
- Build capability in sourcing, interview methods, candidate engagement, and TA systems.
- Establish a culture of responsiveness, collaboration, and data?driven decision?making.

4. Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Drive multi?channel sourcing including LinkedIn,



job boards, referrals, industry networks, and internal pools.
- Strengthen employer branding through TA campaigns, events, and social media presence.
- Support campus programs, internships, and early?career hiring initiatives.

5. Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Maintain strong relationships with business heads & hiring managers through regular updates and strategic inputs.
- Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, market movements, and hiring challenges.
- Ensure effective collaboration with HRBPs, Rewards, and HR Ops.

6. TA Operations, Analytics & Governance
- Ensure accurate documentation, ATS usage, and compliance with hiring policies.
- Drive MIS, dashboards, funnel metrics, and hiring analytics for decision?making.
- Maintain adherence to audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
