About the Role
- Lead the design process along with the senior designers, for corporate interior projects, from concept development to project completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand identity, and design standards.
- Work with senior designers and clients to understand their needs, goals, and functional requirements, translating them into compelling design solutions.
- Develop comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and 3D visualizations that effectively communicate design intent to clients and project teams.
- Lead the selection of furniture, fixtures, materials, finishes,



and lighting to meet design goals, budget considerations, and project timelines.
- Creating design documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Oversee and guide junior designers in drawing documentation, including detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Participate in client presentations, effectively conveying design concepts and incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs.
- Collaborate with external partners, including contractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts during the construction and installation phases.
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to design intent, and address any design-related challenges that may arise.
