Position Summary...
Senior Specialist – Learning & Development (Facilitator) plays a key role in enabling Walmart Customer Experience Services (CES) by delivering high-quality learning experiences that accelerate associate readiness, improve customer outcomes, and support business growth. The role is responsible for facilitating new hire, cross-skilling, upskilling, and leadership readiness programs across classroom, virtual, and blended learning environments. Working closely with Operations, Quality, Workforce Management, Process Excellence, and Business Leaders, the facilitator ensures associates are production-ready while driving continuous improvement in learning effectiveness through data, coaching, and stakeholder partnership.

What you'll do:
- Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs for new hire, process, product, compliance, and cross-skilling initiatives.
- Deliver engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and Walmart learning standards.
- Drive new hire readiness by conducting assessments, coaching learners,



and certifying associates for production.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, SMEs, and Business Leaders to align training with operational priorities.
- Support nesting readiness and reinforce critical behaviors through floor coaching and knowledge refreshers.
- Maintain curriculum, participant records, attendance, certifications, and LMS compliance.
- Analyze learner performance, CSAT, Quality, Productivity, AHT, and assessment data to identify learning opportunities.
- Recommend and implement continuous improvements to learning content, facilitation methods, and learner experience.
- Support pilot programs, business transitions, and new process launches.
- Model Walmart values and create an inclusive, engaging learning setting.

What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Process Training, or Contact Center Operatio
