Key Responsibilities

- Develop and enhance full stack applications that support automation, deployment, and internal developer tooling.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools to streamline software delivery.
- Write scripts and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate cloud provisioning and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with peers onsite in real-time to debug issues, design solutions, and deliver working software in a fast-paced environment.
- Learn new technologies on the fly and adapt quickly to project needs, using Generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT to accelerate development.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies, contributing actively to team deliverables.
- Support the monitoring and observability of automation solutions, ensuring performance, traceability, and availability.
- Help document processes, tools, and learnings to improve team productivity and onboarding for future engineers.




- Take ownership of tasks and demonstrate a bias for action, even when working in unfamiliar areas.

Required Qualifications

You meet our “must haves” for this role if you have:
- 1–3 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or related technical roles, including internships or personal projects.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or .NET.
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex) to write, refactor, or troubleshoot code.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, and a basic understanding of up-to-date software delivery pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or Google Cloud acceptable) through academic, project, or hands-on experience.
