Job Description:

Hiring – Quality Control & Dispatch Executive
Position: Quality Control & Dispatch Executive – Packaging Section
Location: Palghar / Nearby Palghar
Experience: 2–6 years
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred
Employment Type: Full time

Working Days & Timing:
* 6 days working
* Festive week: Alternate Sundays may be working
* 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* 2 hours overtime may be required and will be paid

Key Responsibilities
* Quality checking of products and packaging before dispatch.
* Check quantity, labeling, sealing, packing quality, and product condition.
* Ensure correct products and quantities are dispatched as per orders.
* Maintain QC, stock, and dispatch records.
* Coordinate with production/packaging teams regarding quality issues.
* Handle day-to-day dispatch activities and coordinate with transporters.
* Verify invoices/delivery challans against dispatch quantities.




* Ensure proper loading and safe handling of goods.
* Report damaged, rejected, or incorrectly packed products.
* Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the packaging/dispatch area.

Candidate Requirements
* Male candidate preferred.
* 12th pass / Graduate with relevant experience.
* 2–6 years of experience in Quality Control, Packaging, Warehouse, Dispatch, or Production preferred.
* Basic knowledge of Excel and computer documentation.
* Good attention to detail and communication skills.
* Responsible, punctual, and capable of independently managing dispatch activities.
* Candidates residing in Palghar or nearby areas will be given preference.
