Description
- Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead end-to-end retail projects including conceptualisation, planning, design development, execution, and post-launch management.
- Drive current store, kiosk, airport, mall, and high-street retail development projects in line with brand positioning and expansion strategy.
- Develop project roadmaps, budgets, timelines, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
- Design & Development Management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, architects, designers, and consultants to translate business requirements into effective retail formats.
- Ensure all retail designs meet brand guidelines, operational requirements, customer experience standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve layouts, drawings, material specifications, and store development plans.
- Vendor & Commercial Management
- Draft, evaluate, and present project proposals, business cases, and investment recommendations to senior management.




- Identify, onboard, and manage contractors, suppliers, architects, and project partners.
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, service levels, commercial terms, and contracts with vendors to optimise cost and quality.
- Ensure vendor performance is monitored against agreed deliverables and project milestones.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams including Retail, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
- Provide regular project status updates and management reviews to leadership teams.
- Ensure alignment of project objectives with overall business and brand strategies.
- Budget & Compliance Management
- Manage project budgets, CAPEX, and cost controls to deliver projects within approved financial parameters.
