Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of annual brand plans.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor brand KPIs including sales performance, market share, prescription trends, and customer engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize brand performance.

Marketing Campaign Management
- Assist in designing and executing promotional campaigns and tactical marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate development of promotional materials, visual aids, digital content, and marketing collateral.
- Work with creative and digital agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Market Research & Insights
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct healthcare qualified (HCP) feedback sessions and market research projects.
- Generate actionable insights to support brand decision-making.

Sales Force Support




- Partner with the sales team to develop effective communication tools and promotional strategies.
- Support sales force training on product positioning, key messages, and campaign objectives.
- Monitor field feedback and recommend improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Support product launches, line extensions, and lifecycle management activities.
- Participate in cross-functional brand team meetings.

Product Launch & Lifecycle Management
- Assist in launch planning and execution of new products.
- Track launch readiness and coordinate launch activities across functions.
- Support portfolio management initiatives and brand lifecycle strategies.

Budget Management
- Support tracking and monitoring of marketing budgets.
