ROLE SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of the role is to lead a team BSM and BSO to achieve business targets as per the organizational goal. He must oversee the Branch to achieve business targets as per the organizational goals. He will be responsible for maintaining quality portfolios across all the processing centers.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business growth and development
Achieve business targets by driving sales of LAP products through Sales team in coordination with Branch business. Support the team in finding new markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up LAP/HL business.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of BSM & BSO to ensure they meet their targets.



Build positive relationship with AM & RM of Branch business to drive leads through Branch business team.

Marketing and Promotion

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives.

Compliance

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement effective risk management strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with BM/AM/RM of Branch Channel, Technical, collection, Legal, Audit, Finance, IT and Operations.
