Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Governance
- Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of implementation projects.
- Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, action registers, and status reports.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and governance forums.
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and follow-up actions through to completion.
- Prepare meeting minutes and distribute action items to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate communications across business teams, technology teams, vendors, and third-party implementation partners.
- Follow up on outstanding actions, risks, issues, and decisions.
- Assist in preparing project updates, dashboards, and executive reporting packs.
- Maintain stakeholder distribution lists and communication records.
