Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Change Management Lead in implementing OCM strategies and plans across multiple tracks.
- Track and report change management metrics, compile data, and perform impact analysis to monitor adoption progress.
- Maintain and update detailed OCM plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities, including readiness assessments, feedback sessions, and communication efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute communication, training, and resistance management strategies.
- Prepare standardized templates, reports, and dashboards for change tracking and governance.
- Provide analytical insights to improve change adoption and address potential risks or resistance.

Qualifications
- 5–9 years of experience in Organizational Change Management with exposure to enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in change management frameworks such as PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar.
- Strong communication, facilitation,



and analytical skills to support stakeholder alignment and change adoption.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with OCM elements such as communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
