POSITION

MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

QUALIFICATION

• MBBS from a recognized medical college

• Valid NMC / Bihar State Medical Council Registration

DUTY REQUIREMENT

• 24 Hours On-Call Support

• Availability for emergency patient care and urgent clinical requirements

• Duty pattern as per hospital roster

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide medical support to OPD and IPD patients

• Attend to emergency and urgent medical cases

• Perform initial patient assessment and clinical examination

• Monitor admitted patients and their vital signs

• Initiate treatment and stabilization as per clinical protocols

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and escalate critical cases to the concerned Consultant

• Coordinate with Consultants, nursing staff and other hospital departments

• Assist Consultants during rounds, procedures and emergency management





• Maintain accurate case sheets, progress notes, prescriptions and clinical documentation

• Ensure timely investigation and follow-up of patients

• Follow hospital protocols, infection-control practices and patient-safety standards

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good clinical assessment and emergency management skills

• Strong communication and patient-handling abilities

• Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to emergencies

• Good coordination with consultants and nursing staff

• Qualified, responsible and patient-centric approach
