Job Description/Responsibilities:

 Will support the design, selection, and application of industrial fans for various customer requirements. This role involves working closely with the sales, design, and production teams to ensure technical feasibility and customer satisfaction.
 Assist in fan selection and sizing based on customer specifications (airflow, pressure, temperature, environment).
 Prepare technical proposals, datasheets for customer inquiries.
 Support performance calculations and ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, AMCA).
 Coordinate with design and manufacturing teams for customization requests.
 Provide technical support to customers and internal teams during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
 Maintain accurate documentation of projects and customer interactions.
 Supporting in developing Demo units along with Peers for promotions & trainings




 Assist retrofit team in creating SOPs for control logic and fan connectivity (e.g., Modbus).
 Site visits for surveys and technical support when required.

Experience: Fresher

Education Qualification: BE / B. Tech Engineering graduate who have passed out in the year 2026 (Electronics and communications or Mechanical or Electrical and Electronics or Mechatronics).

Skills:
 Basic knowledge of CAD tools (AutoCAD) and MS Office.
 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Effective communication and willingness to learn
 Exposure to HVAC systems, industrial ventilation, or fan applications.
