Roles & Responsibilities :

Social Media Management
- Manage and grow company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Plan and publish posts, reels, stories, carousels, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships.




- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

Content Creation
- Create high-quality short-form videos, reels, graphics, carousels, and social media creatives.
- Shoot and edit engaging content for social media platforms.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and content copy.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and business teams to execute campaigns.

Branding & Growth
- Build brand awareness and improve online presence.
- Generate creative campaign ideas for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and audience engagement.
- Conduct competitor analysis and trend research.

Required Skills
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere
