About the Role: We are looking for a Competitive Programming / DSA enthusiast who can inspire and mentor the next generation of software engineers.
As an Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching Data Structures & Algorithms and Competitive Programming,
helping students develop strong problem-solving skills and preparing them for coding competitions, technical interviews, and software engineering careers.
This role is particularly suited for someone who has a strong programming background and genuinely enjoys solving challenging problems and teaching others how to approach them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions on DSA and Competitive Programming.
- Teach algorithms, data structures, problem-solving techniques, and coding patterns.
- Mentor students through progressively challenging coding problems.
- Prepare coding assignments, contests, assessments, and practice problems.
- Conduct doubt-solving and individual/group mentoring sessions.
- Help students improve their performance on platforms such as Codeforces, CodeChef, LeetCode, and AtCoder.
- Mentor students for competitive programming contests and technical interviews.
