About the Role

The Associate/Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and validating residential mortgage loan files, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Loan File Review & Validation
- Quality Control Execution
- Compliance & Documentation
- Risk Identification & Escalation
- Productivity & SLA Adherence

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 1–5 years of experience in mortgage operations / QC / underwriting support

Basic understanding of:
- US Mortgage lifecycle
- Income calculation methods
- Credit evaluation principles.

Required Skills.
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills




- Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Knowledge of Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) guidelines
