Job Description – Head of Strategy (Social Media – Video Content)

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Strategy to lead our central accounts and new business team.



We pride ourselves on being a result as a service company and thus the strategy head must have subject matter expertise and practical firsthand experience in new pitches and sales, account management, content production, media and analytics. Execution experience or entrepreneurial experience would be considered a big plus.

Define and lead the overall strategy for new pitches and all current accounts.
Partner with creative, production, and client servicing teams to ensure strategy informs execution.
Identify growth opportunities in emerging platforms, content formats, and audience segments.
Act as the senior strategy lead for key clients, ensuring business goals are translated into content strategies.
