The Role
We're looking for an Accounts Executive with 1-2 years of experience to take ownership of day-to-day accounting work for our international clients. You'll handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, and close activities — building the robust technical foundation that prepares you for Senior Executive roles down the line.

What You'll Do




- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance for assigned clients
- Process AP/AR transactions and reconcile vendor and customer accounts
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end close activities under Senior Executive guidance
- Prepare draft financial reports and MIS schedules
- Work across cloud accounting platforms (one or more of: QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Sage, Zoho Books, Acumatica)
- Communicate with clients via email and occasional calls
- Assist Senior Executives with analytics and reporting deliverables as you build experience in this area
