Key Responsibilities

Review and validate sales documents, including application forms, booking forms, payment proofs, and identification documents.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of information submitted by customers and the Sales team.
Cross-check information between documents and CRM entries.
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or documentation gaps and coordinate with the relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and tracking purposes.
Support post-booking and after-sales processes to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with international property managers and internal stakeholders as required.
Ensure defined turnaround time (TAT), accuracy, and quality standards are consistently met.
Handle day-to-day operational tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
