Sales Consultant – OOH Advertising

We're building an outbound and inbound demand engine for our out-of-home advertising business from the ground up. Right now there's no pipeline function, no CRM, no rate card discipline, and no repeatable way to turn an enquiry into a media plan.

We're looking for someone who has built that before to build it here and then hand it over.

This is a build-and-transfer engagement. You won't be carrying a sales number or personally closing deals. Success is measured by the system you leave behind: whether our internal team can run a full cycle without you at the end of four months.

What you'll own

Market definition — Define our ICP across direct brands, creative and media agencies, local retail, government tenders, and resellers. Map the buying calendar for our markets: festive cycles, launch seasons, government spend windows, event-linked demand. Tell us which segments to deliberately skip in year one.





Lead generation — Build the target account list with verified contacts. Establish and document the outbound motion across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, telephony, and in-person agency visits. Write the actual assets , cold sequences, call openers, objection handling specific to OOH buying.

Pre-sales — This is the core. Design the inventory sheet format (dimensions, illumination, OTS estimates, card rate, occupancy, blocking status). Define the rate card structure including agency commission, volume slabs, and internal floor pricing with approval levels. Build the standard proposal and media plan template. Set a same-day acknowledgement, 24–48 hour plan turnaround and the process that makes it achievable.

CRM and pipeline — Recommend and configure the CRM with justification for our scale. Define pipeline stages and exit criteria. Set up inventory blocking so sales can't double-commit a site. Build the weekly and monthly reporting layer.
