Job Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through aggressive sales strategies, corporate partnerships, and marketing initiatives. The role requires a professional with a robust healthcare background and mandatory radiology experience, capable of expanding patient footfall, securing institutional tie-ups, and strengthening Mardamed Healthcare’s market presence. This position combines sales execution, marketing leadership, and strategic business development to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare Management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Mandatory healthcare background with proven radiology experience.
- 5–15 years of proven experience in sales, marketing,



and business development within healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals.
- Demonstrated success in corporate sales, revenue generation, and healthcare partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation & Sales
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through direct sales and partnerships.
- Drive corporate sales for health check-up programs, wellness packages, radiology services, and preventive healthcare offerings.
- Build and manage referral networks with doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centres to increase patient inflow.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, and healthcare institutions.
- Track and report on lead generation, conversion ratios, and revenue performance.

Marketing & Brand Development
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote healthcare and radiology services.
- Organize health camps, wellness initiative
