Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise product listings on Shopify and Etsy platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Create SEO-optimized product descriptions, titles, and tags to improve search visibility and conversion rates
Research and implement relevant keywords for better product discoverability and organic traffic
Handle day-to-day order management, including processing, fulfilment, and customer communication on Etsy
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, trends, and customer feedback across both platforms
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, product visibility, and revenue generation
Optimise product images, pricing, and promotional strategies to maximise conversions
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely updates across all platforms
Respond to customer inquiries, handle returns, and maintain excellent customer service standards
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities and run campaigns
