Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential schools for introducing SR EDU Technologies' skill development programs.
Generate leads through field visits, references, databases, networking, and other business development activities.
Schedule and conduct meetings with school principals, correspondents, directors, and management teams.
Present and explain the company's courses, benefits, implementation model, and value proposition effectively.
Understand the specific requirements of each school and recommend suitable skill development programs.
Conduct product/course presentations and demonstrations whenever required.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with school management.
Follow up regularly with prospective schools and work towards converting leads into business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Coordinate with the academic and operations teams after onboarding a school.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, proposals,



and conversions.
Provide regular updates and reports to the business development manager/management.
Represent the company professionally during school visits, meetings, exhibitions, and events.
Stay updated on education industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
