Role Description This is a full time, on-site Study Abroad Advisor role based in Guwahati.
You will guide prospective students through the entire admissions journey, including understanding their academic background, career aspirations,



and preferences, and recommending suitable universities and programs.

Daily responsibilities include conducting counseling sessions, explaining admission requirements, assisting with application and documentation, and coordinating scholarship and funding guidance.

The role also involves supporting students with visa-related queries, clarifying accommodation options, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.

Advisor will collaborate closely with the wider Gradwing team to ensure a positive, responsive, and informative experience for all students.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively counsel and support students and families.
Candidates should possess customer-focused skills in Customer Service and Sales to build trust, address concerns, and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
