We are seeking a dynamic, technical, and customer-focused Sales Engineer to be a key driver of our growth in the Indian market. You will be the technical champion for OpenIAM’s solutions, partnering closely with our sales team & partners to understand complex customer requirements, architect compelling solutions, and demonstrate tangible business value. Technical Pre-Sales: Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical sales cycle from discovery and requirement analysis to proof-of-concept (POC), solution design, and technical closure.
Accurately scope POC and implementation requirements.
Proof-of-Concept (POC)



Execution: Plan, manage, and execute successful POCs/Pilots onsite or remotely, effectively handling technical objections and proving OpenIAM's value.
Should have an experience in answering the RFPs/Tenders, attending pre-bid meetings and play a consultant’s part while the customers are in the process of creating an RFP.
Build credibility and trusted relationships with technical and security stakeholders (CISOs, IT Architects, Infrastructure Heads, DevOps teams) across mid-market and large enterprises.
Market & Competitive Intelligence: Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to relay customer feedback and ensure smooth handover post-sale.
Content & Enablement: Contribute to the development of technical sales collateral, presentations, and best practice guides tailored for the regional audience.
