Think Digital Online is expanding its Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing team, and we are looking for energetic, analytical, and result-oriented Media Buyers.

We welcome both experienced professionals and freshers who are responsible about building a career in performance marketing.

? Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
- Work across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads and other paid traffic channels
- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research
- Monitor CPC, CPA, CTR,



Conversion Rate, ROAS and overall campaign profitability
- Analyze search terms, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Optimize campaigns through bidding, targeting, budget allocation, and testing
- Perform A/B testing of ads, creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Identify new opportunities to scale profitable campaigns
- Coordinate with creative, development, tracking, and business teams
