This full-time, in office Senior Sales Manager position is based in Coimbatore. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, driving business growth, and developing strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, creating strategic sales plans,



and collaborating with teams to meet organizational sales goals. The role also involves mentoring and guiding junior team members, monitoring market trends, and facilitating in-person communications with clients to achieve targeted results.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports, customer visit reports, and follow-up updates.
Travel to customer locations as required for business development and sales activities.

Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or a related field.
~1–4 years of experience in Industrial Automation / Electrical / Controls / Technical Sales is preferred.
~ Willingness to travel for customer visits.
~ Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
