Job Description
- Own Gen AI product features end-to-end from discovery to launch and optimization
- Define PRDs, user stories, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams
- Drive prioritization using data, insights, and business impact
- Track performance and manage stakeholders across the product lifecycle

The Successful Applicant

A successful Gen AI Product Lead should have:
- 8-12 years experience in building GEN AI Products in Banking, Finance or Ecommerce Space.
- A robust educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- MBA Degree from a Tier 1 Institute (IIM, ISB Equivalent)- Mandatory
- Proven expertise in managing AI-driven products within the financial services industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.




- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.

Technical Exposure
- Basic understanding of APIs and backend systems
- Familiarity with data systems, dashboards, and metrics-driven decision-making
- Exposure to AI / GenAI concepts and practical use cases
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams without hands-on coding
