We are looking to hire an Associate/Senior Associate with 5-7 years’ post-qualification experience to join our General Corporate, M&A; and Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC) practice in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in M&A; transactions, PE/VC investments, corporate advisory, and commercial contracts. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills are essential.
The position is open to both Mumbai and Gurgaon Location.
