Senior Accounts Manager – Lucknow

Position: Senior Accounts Manager

Experience: 15–20 Years

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete accounting and finance operations of the organization.
- Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements.
- Handle taxation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns and tax returns.
- Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, receivables, and payables.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
- Handle Tally and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and collections.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team.




- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong hands-on experience in Balance Sheet preparation and finalization.
- Excellent knowledge of Taxation, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
- Tally proficiency is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.
- Solid team management and analytical skills.
- Candidates from construction, infrastructure, architecture, or consulting industries will be preferred.
