The organization is looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Video Producer to lead end-to-end video production and create compelling visual stories that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting, planning, shooting, directing, editing, and final delivery.
- Produce high-quality video content for e-commerce campaigns, product launches, website, app, social media, performance marketing, email marketing, and marketplace platforms.
- Create engaging product videos, brand films, lifestyle shoots, promotional campaigns, customer testimonials, event coverage, and social-first content.
- Collaborate with Brand,



Performance Marketing, Creative, Social Media, and Product teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual content.
- Plan and execute studio and on-location shoots while managing production schedules, equipment, vendors, and talent.
- Edit videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Perform color grading, sound design, motion graphics, subtitles, and post-production enhancements to ensure premium output.
- Drive monthly content planning aligned with seasonal campaigns, product launches, festive promotions, and sales events.
- Stay updated with emerging content trends, platform algorithms, and AI-powered creative tools to improve content performance and engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
