Role Summary

Teceze is looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive recent business growth through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation. The primary objective of this role is to identify and engage potential customers, qualify opportunities, and schedule Microsoft Teams meetings for the senior sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and comfortable speaking to decision-makers in IT, procurement, and business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects across assigned regions and segments.
- Run structured outreach campaigns using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Research target accounts, identify key stakeholders such as CIOs, IT Directors, Procurement, HR, etc., and build high-quality prospect lists.




- Qualify leads based on agreed criteria, including budget, need, authority, timeline, and fit.

2. Meeting Scheduling – Microsoft Teams
- Schedule Microsoft Teams meetings for senior sales leaders and solution consultants with qualified prospects.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, send meeting invites, and ensure all relevant details are captured.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm attendance and reschedule meetings when required.

3. Pipeline Management & CRM Hygiene
- Log all interactions, including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings, accurately and on time in the CRM.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of leads and opportunities with clear next steps.
- Prepare basic activity reports covering calls made, meetings booked, leads generated, conversions, etc.

4. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
- Work closely with the Sales Team to understand target industries, service offerings, and i
