Role Description The Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales) will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to property tours, negotiation, and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong client portfolio, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable properties, and coordinating with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves regular on-site client meetings, property visits,



and participation in sales events and promotional activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with local stakeholders and adherence to company sales processes and service standards.
Qualifications
- Robust client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Sales and negotiation skills relevant to real estate transactions, including closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes, documentation, and local property market dynamics (Bengaluru market exposure is preferred).
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client interactions, and handle field activities such as property inspections and site visits.
