Role Description The Senior Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position combines technical expertise and commercial acumen to support the sales process from initial discovery through post-sales follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing and delivering technical presentations, and configuring solutions that align with client needs. The Senior Sales Engineer will collaborate with sales teams of Principle to develop proposals, respond to RFPs,



and participate in customer meetings and demonstrations. The role also involves providing technical support during pre- and post-sales stages, addressing product-related queries, and ensuring a smooth handover to implementation or support teams. The individual will maintain detailed product knowledge, gather feedback from customers, and work with internal teams to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Robust Sales Engineering skills, including solution design, technical presentations, and pre-sales consulting.
- Proven Sales and Customer Service skills to manage prospects, build relationships, and support long-term client success.
- Technical Support experience to troubleshoot issues, answer product questions, and guide customers through technical evaluations.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer
