Role Overview





We are looking for a high-energy Senior Executive – Sales (Supply Side) to accelerate publisher acquisition and revenue growth. As a proactive "hunter," you will build a global pipeline of high- value publishers through structured outbound prospecting, multi-channel outreach, and strategic stakeholder mapping within the programmatic ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting (Core Focus): Build a consistent pipeline using cold email, cold calling, and LinkedIn. Execute multi-touch sequences and ICP-based segmentation to engage key decision-makers.
- Publisher Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and onboard mid-to-large scale publishers across Web, CTV, and In-App environments.
- Tier 1 Publishers: Hands on experience in dealing with Publishers in the US and other Tier 1 countries
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary lead during onboarding and early-stage growth; support long-term partnership development with Publishers, SSPs and media own
