About the Role

This is a hunter-focused Business Development role.

You will be responsible for identifying new companies, reaching out to senior decision-makers, understanding their talent and workforce requirements, generating meetings and converting those conversations into business opportunities for Xander Talent.

You do not need an existing CXO network. We are looking for people with the attitude and ability to build one.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development
- Identify and research potential enterprise customers.
- Build a target-account list across GCCs, enterprises, technology and product companies.
- Identify CHROs, CEOs, CXOs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads and Business Heads.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking.
- Generate qualified meetings and business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and identify opportunities for Xander Talent.
- Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate sales pipel
