Responsibilities

* Participate in client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements, focusing on the people side of change for large-scale transformations inclusive of org changes, process and technology

* Identify and analyze change impact, assess organizational readiness and support a change management strategy that mitigates risk and maximizes employee engagement

* Create actionable deliverables that support understanding across the organization and stakeholders;
managing resistance to change and help ensure user readiness

* Design and deliver solutions that supports organizational change;
incorporating the use of behavioral change methods and frameworks and can concisely communicate ideas through PowerPoint and other forms while adjusting style and level of details depending on audience

* Partner with business leaders, stakeholders and project teams to meet business objectives and help ensure deliverables are completed in a timely manner including articulation of complex issues, structuring transparent and concise recommendations to a C-level audience





* Design and create training materials that support change management initiatives, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and aligned with project objectives. This may include e-learning modules, instructional guides, and interactive workshops.

* Work closely with SMEs to gather information and insights needed to develop training content that accurately reflects the business needs and supports the adoption of new processes and technologies.

* Align training content with the overall change management strategy to ensure a consistent approach and message across the organization. This includes integrating behavioral change techniques and ensuring that training supports employee engagement and readiness.

Qualifications

* Minimum 4yrs of recent relevant work experience related to Change Management, Organizational Development or Human Resource Consulting;
