About the Role

Real Capital Ventures is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Assistant General Manager (AGM) Real Estate Sales to drive business growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and strengthen our presence in Bangalore's premium, luxury, and ultra-luxury real estate market. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, extensive market knowledge, and a proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth within the real estate channel partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Drive overall sales strategy and revenue generation for the organization.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth avenues.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with developers, clients, and key stakeholders.





Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Property Consultants.
- Establish sales goals, performance metrics, and accountability frameworks.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance and target-driven sales culture.

Client & Developer Relationship Management
- Manage strategic relationships with leading developers and channel partners.
- Oversee high-value client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Strengthen the company's brand presence and market reputation.

Strategic Planning & Operations
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, and business performance metrics.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support strategic decision making.
