Question the status quo: we question the way things are done and encourage people to try recent ways of doing things, as long as the risks are calculated.
• Building and running our creator network: Sourcing creators who genuinely speak to our audience, briefing them, shipping product, chasing deliverables, negotiating usage rights, and processing payments. You'll run a rotating roster of 20-30 creators end to end,



and you'll be judged on how much usable content comes out of it.
• Turning UGC into performance assets: Working closely with our creative team so that what creators send back feeds our ad testing pipeline, not just our social feed. Building healthcare professional partnerships: Developing relationships with nutritionists and physiotherapists across clinics and practices. This is education-led work: clinic sampling, science briefings alongside our nutrition lead, and getting our products into the hands of professionals who will trial them properly before they recommend them.
• Cost per usable asset, creator-level performance once content goes into paid, affiliate contribution to revenue, and which HCP relationships are actually moving product. Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years in creator or influencer marketing, partnerships, community, or talent management. Consumer brand experience preferred.
