Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist with 5–8 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development within the IT Services/Technology industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in outbound prospecting, international market research, account mapping, email campaigns, CRM management, and generating qualified opportunities for technology and IT staffing services.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and digital channels.
- Research target companies, decision-makers, influencers, and buying committees.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent prospecting.
- Create targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and other databases.




- Execute personalized email and multi-touch outreach campaigns.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business requirements and sales readiness.
- Schedule meetings and demos for qualified prospects with the Sales/Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate prospect and prospect records in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies.
- Track market trends, competitors, and emerging technology opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering lead generation, pipeline growth, meetings, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong experience in IT Services / Technology sales.
- Proven lead-generation experience for:
- Software Development
- Cloud Services
- AI/ML
- DevOps
- Digital
