We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager / Executive to independently build our client pipeline, acquire new clients, generate recruitment requirements, close business, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

This is a high-ownership,



target-driven role for someone who can identify opportunities, reach decision-makers, build relationships, negotiate, close business, and work independently with minimal supervision.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business across India and international markets.

You will independently identify prospects, research decision-makers, generate leads, conduct outreach, arrange client meetings, understand hiring requirements, present recruitment solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, close recent business, and support client handover to the recruitment/delivery team.

This is not a role where you wait for company-provided leads.

You will own your pipeline. You will own your follow-ups. You will own your targets. You will own your closures.
