Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, social media, online directories, and other digital platforms.
Conduct market research and prospect mining to build a strong sales pipeline.
Initiate contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team.
Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/database regularly.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
~1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
~ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Excel, and online research.
