Position Overview

The Food & Beverage Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth across restaurants, bars, banquets, outdoor catering, corporate dining, and special events for The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. The role requires a dynamic sales qualified with strong relationship management skills, market knowledge, and a proven track record in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or event sales.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Generate revenue through direct sales of F&B; outlets, banquets, catering services, and special dining experiences.
- Identify and develop new corporate, social, and institutional business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel partners, and key accounts.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing,



and event packages while maximizing profitability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline through CRM systems.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for new promotions, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Prepare market reports and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance.

Event & Banquet Sales
- Coordinate with Operations, Banquet, Culinary, and F&B; teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Support planning and sales of weddings, conferences, corporate events, and social gatherings.
- Ensure client requirements are communicated effectively and delivered to Oberoi standards.

Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue performance updates.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, service standards, and brand guidel
