About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager with strong agency experience to manage multiple client accounts, build long-term client relationships, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal creative/performance teams, understanding client requirements, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

This is a client-facing, revenue-focused role for someone who can balance relationship management, campaign execution, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into effective digital/social media strategies.
- Conduct regular client calls, reviews,



presentations, and performance discussions.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, content, reports, and other account deliverables.
- Handle client feedback, escalations, and expectations professionally.

Social Media & Campaign Management
- Manage end-to-end social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Work closely with creative, content, strategy, performance marketing, and design teams.
- Develop campaign briefs and ensure deliverables are aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Track campaign performance and coordinate with relevant teams to improve results.
- Understand key digital marketing metrics and communicate campaign performance clearly to clients.

Revenue Growth & Upselling
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional agency services.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying current bus
