JOB DESCRIPTION:

Design and implement Below the Line trade activities and Digital Route to Market transformation to help drive the sales of both existing and recent products of SBL

Design and implement below the line (BTL) trade activities for the established products of ATFL
- Analyse and decide upon the activities to be done nationally/regionally.
- Assign budget for each activity and region from the total available budget
- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure that the BTL activities are implemented uniformly in each region
- Work with the local teams to ensure appropriate resourcing and spend budgeting in line with the annual strategy for each category and SKU

Ensure development of automation tools and systems to increase the efficiency of the sales team
- Help increase the visibility of stocks at RDS points by implementing DMS
- Co-ordinate with Sales team & Digital Transformation partner to implement efficient Secondary Sales Tracking
- Ensure seamless adoption of DMS/SFA across Distributor points.




- Design business analytics program using methodical approach that conveys to stake-holders what business analytics will deliver

Design and implement merchandising strategies to help increase the business of the company
- Decide and compile the tools and resources required for developing a particular merchandise
- Coordinate with the vendors for getting the designs developed
- Finalise the branding designs in coordination with the marketing team
- Ensure that the merchandising material is available in all regions and stores

MAJOR CHALLENGES
- Overlap of roles with the marketing department which leads to lack of clarity with respect to the boundary for the role

- Decisions related to implementation of BTL activities and consumer activation programs, Designing of Templates of Data gathered from Sales Automation to monitor & improve business performance
- Decision with respect to budget utilization
