As the company continues to scale internationally, they're looking to hire an Inside Sales Manager to lead outbound sales efforts and help build a high performing sales function focused on the US market.

The Chance

This is a hands on leadership role where you'll combine outbound selling with team leadership.

You'll be responsible for generating pipeline through outbound prospecting while coaching and mentoring a growing inside sales team. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in refining sales processes, improving messaging and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Outbound Sales & Pipeline Generation
- Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls, email and LinkedIn.
- Generate and qualify high quality sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Consistently achieve pipeline and revenue targets.

Team Leadership
- Coach, mentor and manage Inside Sales Representatives / SDRs.
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback.
- Help build a high performing outbound sales culture.
- Support hiring and onboarding as the team grows.

Sales Operations
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
- Track key sales metrics and performance.
- Work closely with leadership to improve sales messaging, processes and outbound strategy.
